Detailed Description

Plots a histogram of RF direction in payload coordinates (polar angle vs azimuthal angle).

• The binary gets installed to ${PUEO_UTIL_INSTALL_DIR}/bin/pueoAnalysisTools/.
• It expects one argument: ${PUEO_MC_DATA}, see effective_area.PUEO_MC_DATA.
