	Pairs up neighboring antennas in the main instrument.

Detailed Description

Contains plots that show which antennas are paired up by default.

• Inside antenna_pairs.generate_MI_antenna_pairs, several \(\phi\) sectors are grouped together first.
• The plots below show what this look like for phi_sector_group_size equal to 1 and 2.

• In the plot below, \(\phi\) sector 3 neighbors sectors 4 and 5 (check the third row) as well as sectors 1 and 2 (check the third column).

• Antennas inside the same \(\phi\)-sector groups are considered to be neighbors and then paired up.
